Our Shipping Policy
 

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.  However, due to circumstances with we have no control over, it may be longer for certain items.  All orders are shipped either UPS or FedEx ground unless other shipping instructions are received from the customer.

Our Returns Policy
 

In most cases, you may return any new/unopened item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  Items that are over 30 days old or have been damaged will not be accepted for return or credit.  Defective items will be replaced or refunded in full within the 30 day period, at customers request.  All other returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
